AG Inspired Cuisine

Inspired by the growers and producers of Niagara, our menu utilizes regional and seasonal ingredients, brought together by our executive chef, Cory Linkson.  Beautifully designed, unique and delicious dishes are crafted to satisfy the palate, while remaining true to the very essence of the ingredients.  Join us Friday and Saturday nights for $1 “Buck-a-Shuck” oysters, plus live music and drink specials at the bar.  Our 2-acre farm sources the organic produce and bee-products featured in our menus.  It truly is inspired cuisine.
